Whale Scout works to provide land-based restoration and educational opportunities to the community to protect Pacific Northwest Whales and their prey species. Additionally, Whale Scout tracks water quality in all its major restoration sites to understand the improvements on the watershed. All testing sites are utilized by salmon whether it be a migratory corridor, spawning or rearing habitat. All Whale Scout staff are certified WQ monitors (including a certified trainer) through Sno-King Watershed Council.
