Unpermitted work at former Fruhling site

Please contact Snohomish County Executive Dave Somers (Dave.Somers@co.snohomish.wa.us) and demand that he require PDS Director Mike McCrary to enforce County code. Developers cannot be allowed to run hog-wild doing work without permits and with no consequences for avoiding compliance with environmental laws.

The backstory: Northpoint, the Delaware LCC that purchased the former Furling property in 2021, has been doing unpermitted work in critical areas buffers on the property. Please see the this October 21, 2022 Lider Engineering letter responding to Mike McCrary, PDS Director’s October 18, 2022 letter and Ana Shafer’s, October 17, 2022 e-mail attached to this letter.
