Hooven Bog website
Hooven Bog is a unique and beautiful 30-acre peat bog in Snohomish County, in the Maltby area. Sno-King Watershed Council was active in working to protect this site prior to its purchase for conservation. On April 23, 2014, the Snohomish County Council voted unanimously to authorize the purchase of the bog for conservation, and an adjacent 8-acre horse farm for an interpretive center.
