Sno-King Watershed Council’s appeal of the Snow Ridge development on Filbert Road (SR-524) just east of I-405 will be heard by the Hearing Examiner starting next Tuesday at 9:00 am. Below are the links and information of how you can listen in.
There will not be an opportunity for public testimony, but you are certainly encouraged to send e-mails to the Hearing Examiner at hearing.examiner@snoco.org and let him know that you do not want the County issuing permits to a project that will contribute to flooding a State highway and harm local salmon streams.

We are against this project as it is currently designed because:
- Downstream flooding issues
- Stream basin diversion
- Lack of LID implementation where feasible
- Retaining walls cannot be constructed as designed
- Inadequate road construction – unsafe left turn movement
